This Seaview Roof Cable Seal Multi Rectangle is an excellent solution that provides waterproof cable routing and is designed to accept multiple cables.
There are four types available, being made from UV stable Glass Filled (GF) ABS plastic, polished 316 stainless steel, white or black powder coated 316 stainless steel.
It is available in wire sizes: 2mm-17mm or 2mm-10mm.
