1. General Terms

The following general terms and conditions apply to all promotions and all sales of RV Super Centre (the Retailer) products during any promotional period:

a. Making a purchase during a promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

b. All promotional pricing discounts are off the normal recommended retail price and available during the promotion period while stocks last.

c. Some products may be subject to delays due to supplier agreements. Please be assured that we will communicate an ETA at the time of purchase and every endeavour will be made to achieve this delivery date.

d. The Retailer may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence a promotion or the terms and conditions of any promotion at any time and for any reason without notice.

e. The Retailer takes no responsibility for any customer’s inability to participate in a promotion for any reason.

f. Any decisions made by the Retailer in relation to a promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

g. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Retailer, its suppliers and licensors (including RV Super Centre) and any of their personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, personal injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by in connection with the promotion. 

h. RV Super Centre is not liable or in any way responsible for the conduct, representations, or the performance of obligations of any other person (including without limitation any retailer in respect of any promotion).

i. All personal information collected by the Retailer during a promotion will be collected and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993 and the Retailer’s privacy policy. You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993. The Retailer may supply the personal information of a customer obtained from that customer to the Relevant Parties and such personal information may be used by a Relevant Party in the conduct of the promotion and to provide services and marketing materials in the future.

SERVICE CENTRE 12-POINT SAFETY CHECK

RV Super Centre (the retailer)

Service Details:

i) The service is valid for booking until further notice.

ii) The service is a Free 12 Point Service Check at participating RV Super Centre - Service Centres (Workshops).

iii) To book this offer please call 0800 520 055. Select your chosen branch, then push (3) for Service Centre. 

iv) Service Centre will offer select appointment times to book. Note RV Super Centre reserves the right to change the appointment at any time.

v) Participating RV Super Centres include: RV Super Centre Mangere, RV Super Centre Christchurch, RV Super Centre Palmerston North.

vi) For the avoidance of doubt RV Super Centre Hamilton and RV Super Centre Queenstown are not participating in this promotion.

vii) Promotion is only applicable within our Service Centres. The contents of the 12 Point Service Check can be changed at any time.

RV SUPER CENTRE (retailer) 

LABOUR WEEKEND PRICE SMASH PROMOTION 

Promotion Details: 

a. Start Date: 9am on Tuesday 21st October 2025 

b. End Date: 11.59pm on Tuesday 28th October 2025 

c. The Promotional offer is “up to $1000 select RV Accessories” at participating RV Super Centre stores. 

d. Promotional products are whilst stocks last and up until the completion of the promotion.  

e. Additional freight charges will apply for online orders.  

f. Participating RV Super Centre stores include: RV Super Centre Auckland, RV Super Centre Christchurch, RV Super Centre Queenstown, RV Super Centre Hamilton and RV Super Centre Palmerston North and rvsupercentre.co.nz.   

g. Promotion is only applicable to select products and not applicable for RV Vehicles, servicing, warranty work, workshop work through the RV Super Centre stores. Not applicable to the purchase of gift vouchers.

DOMETIC INSTALLATION

a. Promotional start date: 9am Friday  03rd October 2025

b. Promotional end date: 11:59pm Friday 31st October 2025

c. Promotional price of $4,000 applies to the installation of one (1) Dometic 200L Compressor Fridge/Freezer or one (1) Dometic FreshJet 7 Lite Rooftop Air Conditioner.

d. Price includes standard installation at an RV Super Centre service location (Mangere, Hamilton, Palmerston North, Christchurch, or Queenstown).

e. Additional parts and labour charges may apply if non-standard installation work is required (e.g. structural modifications, electrical upgrades, or specialist components).

f. Offer available while stocks last and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with any other promotion or discount.

g. Bookings must be confirmed within the promotional period to qualify for the offer.

h. RV Super Centre reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

 

Spring Spotlight Photo Competition Terms and Conditions 

ENTRY IS ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  

Entering the Spring Spotlight Photo Competition (“the Competition”) is considered to be accepting the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). 

  1. PROMOTER: The Promoter is RV Super Centre or @RVSUPERCENTRE, 470 Oruarangi Road, Mangere, 2022 (“the Promoter”). 

  1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to those 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, its agencies, or any entity involved in the development, production or administration of the promotion (and immediate family members of the same employees) are not eligible to enter or win the prize. Void where prohibited by law. 

  1. HOW TO ENTER: An individual can enter the Competition by following the ‘RV Super Centre’ Facebook page and posting a picture of their Spring Spotlight Spot to in the comments of our Facebook post during the “Competition Period”. This is considered one entry.  The Promoter reserves the right to verify all Entries. Any mechanical reproductions or automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification. By entering this Competition, you consent to the Promoter and/or their promotional agencies using the picture and your first name for advertising purposes. 

  1. COMPETITION PERIOD: The Competition begins at 0900hrs on Monday 13th October 2025 and ends at 23:59 on Tuesday 24th October 2025. (“Promotion Period”). Promoter’s computer is the official clock for this Contest.   1. All agreements and contracts shall be subject solely to New Zealand law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

RV Sales - Key Promotional Terms:


i) RV Offers are available at RV Super Centre branches across the country (Auckland, Hamilton, Palmerston North, Christchurch and Queenstown) and online at www.rvsupercentre.co.nz .

RV Finance Terms:

i) Finance is available within the promotion start and end dates. The interest rate of 10.95% p.a. is a fixed interest rate for a 60-month period with a 20% deposit. The repayments include a PSR fee of $7.39, an establishment fee of $136 and a Dealer fee of $495. Estimate only, not an offer of finance. Term, conditions and lending criteria apply. Price includes GST. Subject to vehicle availability and not available in conjunction with any other offer. RV Super Centre reserves the right to vary, withdraw or extend this offer.
