1. General Terms

The following general terms and conditions apply to all promotions and all sales of RV Super Centre (the Retailer) products during any promotional period:

a. Making a purchase during a promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

b. All promotional pricing discounts are off the normal recommended retail price and available during the promotion period while stocks last.

c. Some products may be subject to delays due to supplier agreements. Please be assured that we will communicate an ETA at the time of purchase and every endeavour will be made to achieve this delivery date.

d. The Retailer may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence a promotion or the terms and conditions of any promotion at any time and for any reason without notice.

e. The Retailer takes no responsibility for any customer’s inability to participate in a promotion for any reason.

f. Any decisions made by the Retailer in relation to a promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

g. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Retailer, its suppliers and licensors (including RV Super Centre) and any of their personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, personal injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by in connection with the promotion. 

h. RV Super Centre is not liable or in any way responsible for the conduct, representations, or the performance of obligations of any other person (including without limitation any retailer in respect of any promotion).

i. All personal information collected by the Retailer during a promotion will be collected and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993 and the Retailer’s privacy policy. You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993. The Retailer may supply the personal information of a customer obtained from that customer to the Relevant Parties and such personal information may be used by a Relevant Party in the conduct of the promotion and to provide services and marketing materials in the future.

SERVICE CENTRE 12-POINT SAFETY CHECK

RV Super Centre (the retailer)

Service Details:

i) The service is valid for booking until further notice.

ii) The service is a Free 12 Point Service Check at participating RV Super Centre - Service Centres (Workshops).

iii) To book this offer please call 0800 520 055. Select your chosen branch, then push (3) for Service Centre. 

iv) Service Centre will offer select appointment times to book. Note RV Super Centre reserves the right to change the appointment at any time.

v) Participating RV Super Centres include: RV Super Centre Mangere, RV Super Centre Christchurch, RV Super Centre Palmerston North.

vi) For the avoidance of doubt RV Super Centre Hamilton and RV Super Centre Queenstown are not participating in this promotion.

vii) Promotion is only applicable within our Service Centres. The contents of the 12 Point Service Check can be changed at any time.

Promotion Start and End Date: 

  1. Start Date: 9am on Sunday 27th July 2025 

  1. End Date: 11.59pm Monday 27th July 2026  

Offer Details: 

  1. The Promotional offer is “10% off a Basic Service & Labour” at participating RV Super Centre Workshops.   

  1. Making a booking during the promotion period is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.  

  1. Participating RV Super Centre stores include: RV Super Centre Auckland, RV Super Centre Christchurch, RV Super Centre Hamilton and RV Super Centre Palmerston North. 

  1. For the avoidance of doubt RV Super Centre Queenstown are not participating in this promotion.  

  1. Promotion is only applicable to a Basic Service and Labour and is not applicable to COFs, WOFs, Accessories and parts purchase. Not applicable to the purchase of gift vouchers.   

  1. Promotion is only applicable within our Workshops.

c. The Promotional offer is for the Thetford Aqua Kem Green Concentrated 750ml at participating RV Super Centre stores. 

d. Promotional products are whilst stocks last and up until the completion of the promotion.  

e. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

Terms & Conditions – The Iconic Summer Roadtrip with KEA

Start Date: 9.00am on Tuesday 21st October 2025

RV Sales - Key Promotional Terms:


i) RV Offers are available at RV Super Centre branches across the country (Auckland, Hamilton, Palmerston North, Christchurch and Queenstown) and online at www.rvsupercentre.co.nz .
ii) Purchases must be made within the promotional start and end dates. RV must be handed over within 30 days after purchase. ‘
iii) Advertised motorhomes are whilst stocks last and will be sold on a first come, first served basis up until the completion of the promotion.
iv) RV Offer: Up to $10k off select KEA and KEA Elite RVs.

RV Finance Terms:

i) Finance is available within the promotion start and end dates. The interest rate of 10.95% p.a. is a fixed interest rate for a 60-month period with a 20% deposit. The repayments include a PSR fee of $7.39, an establishment fee of $136 and a Dealer fee of $495. Estimate only, not an offer of finance. Term, conditions and lending criteria apply. Price includes GST. Subject to vehicle availability and not available in conjunction with any other offer. RV Super Centre reserves the right to vary, withdraw or extend this offer.
