Motorhome Sales
1. General Terms
The following general terms and conditions apply to all promotions and all sales of RV Super Centre (the Retailer) products during any promotional period:
a. Making a purchase during a promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
b. All promotional pricing discounts are off the normal recommended retail price and available during the promotion period while stocks last.
c. Some products may be subject to delays due to supplier agreements. Please be assured that we will communicate an ETA at the time of purchase and every endeavour will be made to achieve this delivery date.
d. The Retailer may cancel, terminate, modify, suspend, or recommence a promotion or the terms and conditions of any promotion at any time and for any reason without notice.
e. The Retailer takes no responsibility for any customer’s inability to participate in a promotion for any reason.
f. Any decisions made by the Retailer in relation to a promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
g. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Retailer, its suppliers and licensors (including RV Super Centre) and any of their personnel (the Relevant Parties) exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, personal injury, cost, or expense) which is suffered or incurred in connection with the promotion.
h. RV Super Centre is not liable or in any way responsible for the conduct, representations, or the performance of obligations of any other person (including, without limitation, any retailer in respect of any promotion).
i. All personal information collected by the Retailer during a promotion will be collected and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993 and the Retailer’s Privacy Policy. You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993. The Retailer may supply personal information obtained from a customer to the Relevant Parties for the purposes of conducting the promotion and providing related services or communications.
2. Deposit Requirement
a. To secure the purchase of a vehicle, the customer is required to pay a deposit in an amount agreed between the parties at the time of order confirmation.
3. Cancellation After Registration or Accessory Installation
a. In the event that the customer cancels the purchase after the vehicle has been registered in the customer’s name or after any accessories have been fitted to the vehicle, the deposit paid will be forfeited in full.
b. The customer acknowledges and agrees that the forfeiture of the deposit represents a genuine pre-estimate of the Retailer’s costs and losses incurred as a result of the cancellation.
4. No Refunds
a. Under the circumstances described in Clause 3, the customer shall have no entitlement to a refund of the deposit, and the Retailer shall be entitled to retain the deposit without further obligation.
5. Additional Costs
a. The customer remains liable for any additional costs incurred by the Retailer in relation to registration, accessory installation, or other customisation requested by the customer prior to cancellation.
6. Exclusion from Promotions – Trade-Ins and Buybacks
a. All trade-in and buyback transactions are expressly excluded from any promotional offers, discounts, or incentives advertised or otherwise made available by the Retailer.
7. Alternative Pricing and Packages
a. Trade-in and buyback arrangements will be conducted based on a separate Recommended Retail Price (RRP) determined by the Retailer.
b. The Retailer may, at its sole discretion, offer a customised pricing or promotional package tailored to the customer’s specific requirements, provided such package does not conflict with the exclusion outlined in Clause 6.
8. No Automatic Entitlement
a. The customer acknowledges that participation in a trade-in or buyback arrangement does not automatically entitle them to any promotional benefits applicable to standard vehicle purchases.

c. The Promotional offer is for the Walex Porta-Pak Express Blue 15pk at participating RV Super Centre stores.
d. Promotional products are whilst stocks last and up until the completion of the promotion.
e. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
f. Participating RV Super Centre stores include: RV Super Centre Auckland, RV Super Centre Christchurch, RV Super Centre Queenstown, RV Super Centre Hamilton and RV Super Centre Palmerston North and rvsupercentre.co.nz.

d. The Retailer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend, or recommence a promotion, or amend these Terms and Conditions, at any time without notice.
e. The Retailer takes no responsibility for any customer’s inability to participate in a promotion for any reason.
f. All decisions made by the Retailer in relation to any promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
g. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Retailer, its suppliers, licensors, and their respective personnel (Relevant Parties) exclude all liability for any loss, damage, claim, personal injury, cost, or expense suffered or incurred in connection with the promotion.

i. All personal information collected during a promotion will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993 and the Retailer’s Privacy Policy. Customers have the right to access and request correction of their personal information.

b. End Date: 11.59pm on Wednesday 7th January 2026
c. The Promotional offer is “up to 30% select Accessories” at participating RV Super Centre stores.
d. Promotional products are whilst stocks last and up until the completion of the promotion.
e. Additional freight charges will apply for online orders.

Promotional Period:
a. Start Date: 9:00am Thursday 1 January 2026
b. End Date: 11:59pm Saturday 31 January 2026
Purchases must be made within this period.
3. Availability & Eligibility
a. The promotion is available at RV Super Centre branches nationwide (Auckland, Hamilton, Palmerston North, Christchurch, and Queenstown) and online at www.rvsupercentre.co.nz.
b. Motorhomes are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
c. The purchased RV must be handed over within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Promotional Offer – Solar Package
a. Customers who purchase a select Talvor RV during the promotional period will receive a solar power package upgrade valued up to $5,000.
b. The solar package cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or gift vouchers.
c. Any additional upgrades, customisations, or labour beyond the included package will incur additional charges payable by the customer.
d. RV Super Centre reserves the right to substitute components of the solar package with alternative products of similar specification and value, subject to availability.

5. Finance Terms
a. Finance applications must be submitted within the promotional period.
b. Indicative finance rate: Starting from 10.95% p.a.
c. Finance terms are estimates only and do not constitute an offer of finance. Lending criteria, fees, and conditions apply.
d. RV Super Centre reserves the right to vary, withdraw, or extend finance offers at any time.
6. Deposit Requirement
a. To secure the purchase of a vehicle, the customer must pay a deposit in an amount agreed at the time of order confirmation.
7. Cancellation, Forfeiture & Additional Costs
a. If the customer cancels the purchase after the vehicle has been registered in their name or after any accessories have been installed, the deposit will be forfeited in full.
b. The customer acknowledges that forfeiture of the deposit represents a genuine pre-estimate of the Retailer’s costs and losses.
c. Under these circumstances, no refund of the deposit will be provided.
d. The customer remains liable for any additional costs incurred by the Retailer relating to registration, accessory installation, or customisation requested prior to cancellation.
8. Trade-Ins & Buybacks – Exclusion from Promotions
a. All trade-in and buyback transactions are expressly excluded from promotional offers, discounts, or incentives.
b. Trade-in and buyback arrangements are conducted using a separate Recommended Retail Price (RRP) determined by the Retailer.
c. Any customised package offered in connection with a trade-in or buyback is at the sole discretion of the Retailer and does not constitute participation in the promotion.
d. Participation in a trade-in or buyback does not automatically entitle the customer to any promotional benefits.
