Motorhome Sales

1. General Terms

The following general terms and conditions apply to all promotions and all sales of RV Super Centre (the Retailer) products during any promotional period:

a. Making a purchase during a promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

b. All promotional pricing discounts are off the normal recommended retail price and available during the promotion period while stocks last. 

c. Some products may be subject to delays due to supplier agreements. Please be assured that we will communicate an ETA at the time of purchase and every endeavour will be made to achieve this delivery date. 

d. The Retailer may cancel, terminate, modify, suspend, or recommence a promotion or the terms and conditions of any promotion at any time and for any reason without notice. 

e. The Retailer takes no responsibility for any customer’s inability to participate in a promotion for any reason. 

f. Any decisions made by the Retailer in relation to a promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

g. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Retailer, its suppliers and licensors (including RV Super Centre) and any of their personnel (the Relevant Parties) exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, personal injury, cost, or expense) which is suffered or incurred in connection with the promotion. 

h. RV Super Centre is not liable or in any way responsible for the conduct, representations, or the performance of obligations of any other person (including, without limitation, any retailer in respect of any promotion). 

i. All personal information collected by the Retailer during a promotion will be collected and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993 and the Retailer’s Privacy Policy. You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993. The Retailer may supply personal information obtained from a customer to the Relevant Parties for the purposes of conducting the promotion and providing related services or communications. 

 

2. Deposit Requirement

a. To secure the purchase of a vehicle, the customer is required to pay a deposit in an amount agreed between the parties at the time of order confirmation.

 

3. Cancellation After Registration or Accessory Installation

a. In the event that the customer cancels the purchase after the vehicle has been registered in the customer’s name or after any accessories have been fitted to the vehicle, the deposit paid will be forfeited in full.

b. The customer acknowledges and agrees that the forfeiture of the deposit represents a genuine pre-estimate of the Retailer’s costs and losses incurred as a result of the cancellation.

 

4. No Refunds

a. Under the circumstances described in Clause 3, the customer shall have no entitlement to a refund of the deposit, and the Retailer shall be entitled to retain the deposit without further obligation.

 

5. Additional Costs

a. The customer remains liable for any additional costs incurred by the Retailer in relation to registration, accessory installation, or other customisation requested by the customer prior to cancellation.

 

6. Exclusion from Promotions – Trade-Ins and Buybacks

a. All trade-in and buyback transactions are expressly excluded from any promotional offers, discounts, or incentives advertised or otherwise made available by the Retailer.

 

7. Alternative Pricing and Packages

a. Trade-in and buyback arrangements will be conducted based on a separate Recommended Retail Price (RRP) determined by the Retailer.

b. The Retailer may, at its sole discretion, offer a customised pricing or promotional package tailored to the customer’s specific requirements, provided such package does not conflict with the exclusion outlined in Clause 6.

 

8. No Automatic Entitlement

a. The customer acknowledges that participation in a trade-in or buyback arrangement does not automatically entitle them to any promotional benefits applicable to standard vehicle purchases.

RV SUPER CENTRE (retailer)

Promotion Start and End Date: 

  1. Start Date: 9am on Sunday 27th July 2025 

  1. End Date: 11.59pm Monday 27th July 2026  

Offer Details: 

  1. The Promotional offer is “10% off a Basic Service & Labour” at participating RV Super Centre Workshops.   

  1. Making a booking during the promotion period is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.  

  1. Participating RV Super Centre stores include: RV Super Centre Auckland, RV Super Centre Christchurch, RV Super Centre Hamilton and RV Super Centre Palmerston North. 

  1. For the avoidance of doubt RV Super Centre Queenstown are not participating in this promotion.  

  1. Promotion is only applicable to a Basic Service and Labour and is not applicable to COFs, WOFs, Accessories and parts purchase. Not applicable to the purchase of gift vouchers.   

  1. Promotion is only applicable within our Workshops.

c. The Promotional offer is for the Thetford Aqua Kem Blue Lavender Concentrated 780ml at participating RV Super Centre stores. 

d. Promotional products are whilst stocks last and up until the completion of the promotion.  

e. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

South Island Motorhome Show/ Ashburton Show Savings

  • Start Date: 9.00am on Saturday 21st February 2026 

  • End Date: 11.59pm on Sunday 22nd February 2026 

RV Sales - Key Promotional Terms: 

  1. RV Offers are available at RV Super Centre branches across the country (Auckland, Hamilton, Palmerston North, Christchurch and Queenstown) and online at www.rvsupercentre.co.nz . 

  2. Purchases must be made within the promotional start and end dates. RV must be handed over within 30 days after purchase.  ‘ 

  3. Advertised motorhomes are whilst stocks last and will be sold on a first come, first served basis up until the completion of the promotion. 

  4. RV Offer: Up to $10k off select RVs plus 2-year extended warranty (excludes the Maxus Traveler 9) 

  5. The terms of the 2-year extended warranty can be found here. The warranty will be valid from the date of vehicle delivery. 

  6. Any offers cannot be exchanged or swapped for discounts or cash. 

 

Workshop, Service & Install Promotional Terms: 

  1. Workshop, Service & Install Offer: Up to 10% select Accessory Installations can be redeemed at the South Island Motorhome/Ashburton Show only. 

  2. To activate this offer, book an appointment with the Workshop Team at the South Island Motorhome Show/Ashburton Show. This offer applies to full priced, in stock items only and  

excludes discounted products and gift cards. 

RV Finance Terms: 

  1. Finance is available within the promotion start and end dates. The interest rate starting from 10.95% p.a. is a fixed interest rate for a 60-month period. The displayed repayment is with a 20% deposit, including a PPSR fee of $7.39, an establishment fee of $136, and a Dealer fee of $395. Estimate only, not an offer of finance. Term, conditions and lending criteria apply. Price includes GST. Subject to vehicle availability and not available in conjunction with any other offer. RV Super Centre reserves the right to vary, withdraw or extend this offer.
