Returns Policy

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All returned products must be in its original packaging, in ‘as new’ condition and resaleable.


If you change your mind or you have ordered the wrong product, we are happy to provide a refund or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order or the date collected in store. We will even find the right replacement product for you.

However, please choose your product carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind after 7 days, if the product has been installed or if the product is not resaleable.

Once received back in store, product will be checked before refund/credit is processed.

All refunds will be process back into the original account/payment platform (i.e. Afterpay) the order was made from.

Guide to Return Process - Change of Mind/Order Mistake

Should you wish to return a product because it is not what you wanted or have just changed your mind. Please get in contact with the store that you purchased it from.

You are then responsible for either physically taking or couriering it back to the relevant store.

Guide to Return Process - Courier Damage*

Please check your order within 24hours of delivery to ensure no damage was caused during transit and contact us immediately on 0800 52 00 55.

We will then ask for you to send photographic evidence of the damage. An insurance claim will then be made to the courier/freight company, and if accepted, it will be their responsibility to collect the damaged product.

A replacement product will be immediately dispatched to you

Guide to Return Process - Warranty Claim

Please contact us ASAP if you have a warranty claim on 0800 52 00 55 and we will arrange collection of the item at no cost to yourself.

An email with instructions will then be sent to you - you will need a printer to print the return courier label.

Your product will then be tested and assessed. One of our team members will contact you ASAP with the results and how to proceed.

Guide to Return Process - Incorrect Order

An email with instructions will then be sent to you - you will need a printer to print the return courier label. Once it has been received in store, the correct product will be immediately dispatched to you.

Fair Trading Act 1986

The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect all consumers from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used.

Available Options:

There are three options available for our customers who would like to return a product -


If a product is unsatisfactory, we can offer to exchange it for another one (i.e. a different size or colour etc) or another product of the same value. Generally proof of purchase is required in order to get an exchange. Please note, as mentioned above, products returned or exchanged must be in a resalable condition including intact original packaging and all labels etc.


If you have proof of purchase from one of our stores within the last 7 days you may obtain a refund. A refund will be made in the same tender (by cash/credit card/EftPos) as the original purchase. Cheques are no longer accepted at our stores.


If the returned product is still under warranty, we can arrange repair for you. There may be an assessment fee on some items. If the product is out of warranty we can still have the product repaired, however the cost of the repair may be charged to you unless the product is faulty or otherwise defective.
