Returns Policy

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All returned products must be in its original packaging, in new condition and resaleable.


Terms & Conditions of Returns

  • If you change your mind or you have ordered the incorrect product, contact us within 10 days of receiving or collecting your order, and we can find the correct replacement, or you can return it for a store credit or refund if eligible.

  • Excluded from returns are items you have requested to be Special Ordered for you* i.e. *not available in store or on our website

  • Products eligible for Return must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Please choose your product carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind after 10 days and if the product has been installed or if the product is not in resaleable original packaging.

  • Once the product is received back in store it will be checked it is eligible for refund/credit and then if approved refunds take between 2 to 5 business days to process.

  • Refunds are processed via your original form of payment.


Guide to Return Process - Change of Mind/Order Mistake

  1. Should you wish to return a product because it is not what you wanted or have changed your mind. Please get in contact with the store that you purchased from ASAP.

  2. You are then responsible for either taking or couriering it back to the relevant store.

Guide to Return Process - Courier Damage*

  1. Please check your order within 24 hours of delivery to ensure no damage was caused during transit and contact us immediately on 0800 52 00 55, choose the relevant store/online department that your original purchase was from.

  2. We will ask you to send photographic evidence of the damage. An insurance claim will then be made to the courier/freight company, and if accepted, it will be their responsibility to collect the damaged product.

  3. A replacement product will be immediately dispatched to you

*Please note: if you see damage on the delivered box/bag - you can refuse to sign for delivery!


Guide to Return Process - Warranty Claim

  1. Please contact us ASAP if you have a warranty claim on 0800 52 00 55, and we will arrange collection of the items at no cost.

  2. Then an instruction email will be sent to you, you will need a printer to print the return courier label.

  3. Your product will then be tested and assessed. One of our team members will contact you ASAP with the results and how to proceed.
