This Wallas 85DT Cooktop Heat Blower Lid is the perfect fit for the Wallas Diesel 85DT 2 Ceramic Cooktop. Use it on boats with one cabin, hard-top boats and walk-around boats.
The lid has a flat design and high heating effect as high as 1900W. Although it has a high temperature, the lids upper surface is only warm to the touch. The blower continues to operate when the cooker is on. When the lid is lowered, the air flow directed across the cooker's hot surface. When the lids is up, the air blows upward behind the lid.
Get the stove ready for cooking by simply turning the unit from the heater mode to the cooking mode. For enjoying heat in your cabin, set the desired temperature from the control panel and let the combination handle rest. Heating is thermostat controlled.
