The low battery cutouts also guards connected electrical appliances from over voltage. When the DC voltage passes 16V (12V mode) or 32V (24V mode), the voltage load disconnects. The battery guard is microprocessor controlled with various programs which engage or disengage the voltage load over several different voltage parameters.
