COVID-19 Advice and Guidance

  • UPDATED: Friday 14th August 2020 18:30pm

New Zealand's Alert Levels will see Auckland remain at Alert Level 3, and the rest of New Zealand remain at Alert Level 2.

These restrictions are currently planned to be in place until midnight Wednesday 26th August 2020. Further information can be found  here.

We are very much still open for business, but we need to make a few changes to the way in which we interact with our customers to ensure the safety of our customers and team.

Please find information below about how each of our branches will be doing business and supporting our customers during this time.

WE'RE STILL HERE!

RV Super Centre Albany and Mangere branches

  • Our Albany and Mangere branches sit within the Auckland region and are therefore under COVID-19 Alert Level 3 restrictions. This means we are unable to physical welcome customers to our branches during this time.
  • Vehicle enquiries are still very much welcomed and our team of experts (our Good Guides) are available to answer any questions you have about our motorhomes listed on our website and Trade Me.
  • You can reach out by clicking the "enquire now" button on our site or emailing info@rvsupercentre.co.nz or by using the Web messenger function found on our website.
  • Our teams are very responsive and will go above and beyond to support you with your decision journey; virtual show throughs are also available upon request. This allows you to see inside our motorhomes and ask questions as usual across a video conferencing platform that works for you.

Our Albany and Mangere motorhome accessories stores

  • Our accessories and retail outlets in Auckland remain open for business via our online store.
  • Customers are able to ' click and collect’ or place orders over the phone with our team on 0800 52 00 55. Goods can be posted or contactless collection is possible.
  • Visit our website here for the latest in vehicle accessories.  https://www.rvsupercentre.co.nz/rv-accessories-supplies

Collecting your new vehicle

  • Collection of your new vehicle is still possible, but the experience will be fully contactless, with physical distancing being maintained. More information on how to behave under level 3 can be found here

Servicing

  • Under COVID-19 Alert Level 3 we are unable to offer vehicle servicing to our customers in Auckland.
  • If you have an existing booking with us, we will be in touch to rearrange your appointment with us.

RV Super Centre Christchurch and Queenstown branches

  • Our Christchurch and Queenstown branches are under COVID-19 Alert Level 2 restrictions. This means we are still open and look forward to welcoming customers to our branches for sales enquiries, vehicle pick-ups and servicing.

  • Under level 2 we will be practicing social distancing and encouraging contact tracing through clear display of the tracing QR code. Please scan this to register your arrival at our branch.

  • If you are uneasy about coming to our branches under the current circumstances, our Good Guides are on hand via Web chat or on the phone to answer any questions you have about our motorhomes for sale.

Our Christchurch and Queenstown motorhome accessories stores

  • Our accessories and retail outlets remain open for business. You can visit us in person or shop via our online store.
  • Should you prefer, customers are able to ' click and collect’ or place orders over the phone with our team. Goods can be posted or contactless collection is possible.
  • Visit our website here for the latest in vehicle accessories.

Servicing

  • We are still open for vehicle servicing and we urge you to get booked in ahead of your winter road trip!
