Our COVID-19 Protection Framework

It is important to us that our customers and crew are able to have a safe and enjoyable experience at our branches. From December 3rd, all customers visiting our branches will need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, as shown on your “My Vaccine Pass” (or an equivalent pass recognised by the New Zealand government). We will also accept a printed vaccine pass when presented with a valid photo identification. This applies to any visitors aged 12 years and 3 months, or older. We will also be asking our customers to scan-in on arrival, wear a mask and social distance.  

For customers that are unvaccinated, you are still able to shop with us via our online store and over the phone.
